Okay. I am 13. My uncle gets mad at me and hit me with this stick I don`t know what is called is like a wood paddle but smaller. (like the boat paddle) But he hit me in the Butt like 4 times. Is that child abuse. Becasue my friend says is Child Abuse.What should I do to stop him from hitting my ass?
I am a good girl. But when he calls me I go right away. While watching my hands, he yells at me and spanks my whatever.
By that way my family is Asian.

The only thing you can really do to stop him is call the cops next time. Or, just try threatening to call the cops.

Well if it’s a spanking, I personally believe it’s not child abuse. The ass does not apply to child abuse.

Oh my gosh. Well if it leads a print then yea it is. If not it’s spanking. Which they don’t consider "child abuse" per se. If it hurts you, tell him to stop it! Violance against kids is WRONG! I would tell someone I don’t know.

Their is a diff between a spanking and a beating back in the 70s teachers could spank us with the type of paddle you describe i think most children today have problems with discipline because of this.
