Where can I find Japanese Poi paddles online?

I’m the president of my local college anime club and we want to try gold fish scooping for a spring fundraiser. Does anyone know where I can order the paper paddles for this game online?

Here is a website, but it is all in Japanese. So, I am not sure if they can ship to overseas.
