Is the new evolution 10 MR still a regular manual or does it have those paddles on the steering wheel?

I like the 6 speed manual on the evo x MR but is it a regular manual or is it manual with those stupid paddles

it is one of those smart automatics that you can treat like a manual or auto. but it does have those stupid paddles hanging out on the steering wheel.
