How do i use a wireless 360 paddle for another xbox?

Well my cousin used my paddle and i got it back and like the light just keeps blinking green and wont do anything else.

That’s because he connected it to his Xbox after he took it. To reconnect it to your system, turn on your console and controller, then press the small connect button on your console. After that, hold down the small connect button on your controller until your controller has been successfully connected.
