Outrigger Canoe & Paddle Surfing at the Cote des Basques beach in France at the Roxy Jam 2009. The Cote des Basques has had some nice waves coming through this summer, but there’s way to many people there this year. Best to wait for the crowds to go home in September. This is one of the 1st videos we’ve shot with our new HD Waterproof Camcorder, tripod is needed!
